What is the difference between LTE and VOLTE?

In today's time, most of the consumers while taking the phone are What is the difference between LTE and  paying attention to whether the smartphone they are carrying supports 4G VoLTE or not. At the same time, some smartphones are 4G, but come with LTE support instead of VoLTE.

Consumers remain skeptical about what is the difference between 4G LTE and 4G VoLTE and what is the difference with the presence or absence of a sports smartphone. Given this problem today, we will tell you what is the difference between the two and how different the two are from each other.

Last year, Reliance Jio rocked the entire country by launching 4G data and free voice calling service at a low price. The company provided 4G internet facilities free of cost to people using VoLTE. Since then, many kinds of questions are arising in the minds of people till date. Like what is VoLTE, what is HD calling?

Before telling the difference between these two, we tell you about the full name of LTE, VoLTE and 4G. LTE (Long Term Evolution), VoLTE (Voice over Long Term Evolution) and finally 4G is the full name Fourth Generation.

What happens 4G VoLTE

The first wireless telephone technology was named 1G followed by 2G and 3G technology. This was followed by 4G, which changed the definition of the smartphone. The important function of 4G VoLTE is to improve call connectivity. In VoLTE, users get better network connectivity than 3G and 2G while talking on the phone. Which is not found in LTE.

The quality of calling from VoLTE is better than the calling from cellular network. That's why voice calling from VoLTE is also called HD voice calling. In addition, VoLTE does not require operators to use separate bands for voice and data.

Apart from Reliance Jio, other companies are using 4G LTE for data only. They are using their 3G or 2G cellular network for voice calling. According to this, VoLTE is convenient in operation as well as inexpensive technology.

After LTE support, the phone can get a maximum data speed of 100 to 150 megabits per second and 1 GB per second when stationary. Apart from this, only LTE networks based on Internet Protocol or IP have been named VoLTE (Voice over Long Term Evolution). Actually, voice calling can also be done through LTE. For this, carriers have to change their voice call network. LTE requires the operator to use separate bands for voice and data.

4G network

If you talk about 4G network, then it is a fourth generation mobile tele communication technology. Its job is to provide fast internet. 4G technology is five times better than 3G. If you are getting a good 4G network then its speed is 100Mbps.
